Guidelines for repayment

• Login into Home Credit India Android App and go to the dashboard.
• Browse to the loan for which you want to make a payment in My Loans section.
• Click on “Repay now” button.
• Select Payment Method through which you want to make the payment.
• Follow the respective steps and complete the payment according to the selected payment method.

• Paytm
• Airtel Payments Bank
• Axis Bank
• ICICI Bank
• Ebix Cash (formerly ITZ)
• Payment via Google Pay
• Payment via Phonepe

Payment via Paytm UPI

• Open the Paytm App
• Navigate to 'Bill Payments'
• Select 'Pay Loan'
• Choose Home Credit as your lender
• Enter your Loan Contract Number or Ujjwal EMI Card number in the Application ID field.
• Confirm EMI amount
• Choose payment mode [Paytm UPI] as your preferred mode of payment
• Complete the payment

Payment through Airtel payments bank point

• Visit the Nominated Airtel Payments banking point for cash deposit
• Verify your Contract number to the retailer
• Share the verification code on your Mobile number with Retailer
• Post completing the payment you will receive a notification on your registered mobile number

LOCATE A PAYMENT CENTRE

Payment at Axis Bank branch by using "Easy pay" Service

• Visit your nearest Axis Bank branch
• Ask for the payment through the "Easy Pay" service
• On the top of the deposit slip mention "I-SURE PAY-HCIP".
• In place of Name of A/C holder mention "Home Credit India Fin. Pvt. Ltd-HCIP"
• Mention Contract ID- (refer loan summary) in place of 'Particulars' on left hand side and in place of Bank and on right hand side of the deposit slip and rest details as per the columns.
• Mention Amount with correct denominations.
• Make cash payment of monthly payable amount.
• Collect the signed & stamped deposit receipt from the banker.

LOCATE A PAYMENT CENTRE

Payment at ICICI Bank branch by using "I-Sure pay" Service

• Visit your nearest ICICI Bank branch
• Fill up the normal deposit slip available at Branch using details below:
• On the top of the deposit slip mention "I-SURE PAY-HCIP"
• In place of Name of A/C holder mention "Home Credit India Fin. Pvt. Ltd-HCIP"
• Mention Contract ID- (refer loan summary) in place of 'Particulars' on left hand side and in place of Bank and on right hand side of the deposit slip.
• Mention Amount with correct denominations.
• Rest details has to be filled as per column name.
• Make cash payment of monthly payable amount.
• Collect the signed & stamped deposit receipt from the banker.

LOCATE A PAYMENT CENTRE

Payment through Ebix CASH Outlet

• Visit your nearest Ebix Cash Outlet
• Ask the outlet agent to make the payment for the Home Credit EMI
• Share your required details with the agent
• Pay the monthly amount
• Collect the printed deposit slip from the outlet agent
• Get an SMS against the payment made at the outlet

LOCATE A PAYMENT CENTRE

Payment via Google Pay

• Open Google Pay App
• View payment categories
• Select “Loan EMI”
• Select Home Credit
• Enter your Contract Number or Ujjwal EMI Card number in the “Application ID” field
• Enter/ confirm the amount to be paid
• Select the mode of payment
• Complete the payment

Payment via Phonepe

• Open Phonepe App
• View categories under Recharge and Pay Bills
• Select “Loan Repayment”
• Select Home Credit
• Enter your Contract Number or Ujjwal EMI Card number in the “Application ID” field
• Enter/ confirm the amount to be paid
• Select the mode of payment
• Complete the payment
